List the labels of report templates or reports

reports.labels.list

Lists the labels this organization uses to organize its report templates (of: templates, the default) or its editable reports and report instances (of: reports): id, name, color and order, in the screen's order (up to 200). Use the ids in label_ids of reports.templates.create/update, reports.reports.create/update or reports.instances.update; an id that is not here is label_unknown. Labels are created and edited in MB Suite. Requires view access to Reports.
