List activity labels
activity.labels.list
Lists the organization's activity labels (id, name, color) in their manual order, paginated by cursor (limit up to 200), to set label_ids on entries (activity.entries.create and update ignore ids that are not here). Every label comes, ordered by order ascending: a label saved without a position counts as 0 (and comes back with order 0), and ties go by id. That holds up to 200 labels; an organization with more is listed by its stored position, and a label without one is left out. Labels are created, edited and deleted in the app. An Account has its own labels. Cost: one read per label of the organization (up to 200) plus one.
