List deals or prospects that came back (re-engaged)

Lists the deals or the prospects (entity) that came back: a contact with history wrote again, the CRM reopened (unarchived) the record or flagged the closed deal instead of creating a new one, and the banner is still waiting for a human decision (continue there, or create a new linked deal or prospect). Newest comeback first. Each row is a summary of the deal or prospect (title, status, owner with its name, pipeline and stage for a deal, person, company, value and currency) with what brought it back: reengaged_at, reengaged_from_status, reengaged_from_archived and reengaged_by_source (the channel of the message); the whole record comes with crm.deals.get or crm.prospects.get. Merged duplicates are left out; a seller with scope only gets what they can see. Paginated by cursor (limit up to 200). To continue with one, crm.reengagement.dismiss; creating a new linked deal or prospect is done in the app. With LinkedIn or TikTok, their terms limit it through the API and the MCP: what they do not allow answers 403 platform_terms_restricted, and their records are left out of the response (the permissions guide lists what each platform allows).

Continue with a re-engaged deal or prospect (resolve its comeback banner)

Resolves the comeback banner of a re-engaged deal (deal_id) or prospect (prospect_id) by continuing with it, as «Continue here» in the app: the record's re-engaged mark goes off and the banner leaves every conversation that shows it for that record. Nothing else changes (owner, stage, history), and it no longer shows in crm.reengagement.list; creating a new linked deal or prospect instead is done in the app. Idempotent: if the banner is no longer there, nothing is written (changed false). It edits the record, so it needs edit_deal (with the deal's owner and pipeline) or edit_prospect (with its owner). 404 deal_not_found or prospect_not_found if the record does not exist, was merged or the caller cannot see it. Returns the record, changed and how many conversations were cleared.
