List a delivery's send history

deliveries.sends.list

Lists the send history of a delivery, newest first, paginated by cursor (limit 50 by default, up to 200): when each send went out (sent_at) and who sent it (sent_by with sent_by_name; «MB Suite» for the scheduler), whether it was manual or scheduled (trigger), its outcome (sent, partial, failed) and errors, the recipients, the data period (date_range), the report PDFs (pdf_urls by template id, signed download links valid 7 days after the send; template_snapshots with each template's title and version) and the dashboard links. The stored copy of the email HTML is left out (deliveries.sends.get returns it). The status filter reads further until the page is full (up to 600 sends per call), so a page is short only when the outcome is rare: keep following next_cursor while has_more is true. Requires view access to Deliveries. With Google Ads, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube, their terms limit it through the API and the MCP: what they do not allow answers 403 platform_terms_restricted (the permissions guide lists what each platform allows).

Parameters

Get one send of a delivery

Returns one send of a delivery's history with everything deliveries.sends.list returns plus email_html, the HTML the recipients received (images as public signed links; sends made before 2026-10-15 stored it before signing, with the screen's image links). Not found: delivery_not_found (the delivery) or delivery_send_not_found (the send). Requires view access to Deliveries.
