crm.lead.createdA new lead entered the CRM
Fires once per new lead, whatever the entry path: a lead source (webhook, form, Meta ads, booking), a first WhatsApp message, the API or a prospect created by hand. Carries the person and the prospect or deal the lead became, plus the source. It also fires for a person already in the CRM when the lead creates a new prospect or deal for them. It does not fire when nothing new is created: the same lead again, a source that discards duplicates, or a lead that goes to the prospect or deal the person already had. A social media message or comment from a profile already linked to a person does not fire it yet; a deal created by hand fires crm.deal.created instead. Leads that come from Google Ads, TikTok or LinkedIn (their forms, and TikTok messages) do not fire it: those platforms' terms do not allow sending their data to a webhook.
