List the labels of monitor templates

monitors.labels.list

Lists the labels this organization uses to organize its monitor templates (id, name, color, order), all of them (up to 200) in the screen's order. Use the ids in label_ids of monitors.templates.update. Labels are created and edited in MB Suite's monitor template list.
