Ask MB Suite to enable Phones

crm_phones.access.request

WriteSince 2026-11-01

Asks MB Suite to enable Phones (phone numbers, calls and SMS) for the organization: what it will be used for (use_case, 20 to 2000 characters), the countries where it needs numbers (ISO codes like AR, MX, US; 1 to 30) and the estimated monthly spend in USD (integer, 0 if unknown). MB Suite reviews every request within one business day and emails the decision to the person who asked; Phones is enabled when the subscription's paid cycle starts. Only one request can be pending at a time (access_request_pending, with its request_id in details). A direct member of the organization, an owner or admin of it or of its workspace can ask. Returns the request id. Module: Organization (organizations), even though the id starts with crm_phones.; it is not available to API keys or OAuth tokens (none can be given write access to organizations).
