List AI strategy labels

strategy_generator.labels.list

Lists the labels used to tag AI paid media strategies (name, hex color, order), in the order the app shows them (up to 200). Use their ids in label_ids of strategy_generator.strategies.update and to filter strategy_generator.strategies.list. Labels are created and edited from the app. Requires view access to AI Strategies.
