GET/v1/dashboards/data-sources

List the data sources a dashboard can use

dashboards.data_sources.list

ReadIdempotentSince 2026-11-01

Lists the data sources this organization can map into a dashboard: every connected ad account, analytics property, page or channel (own or inherited from the workspace) with the exact id to put in data_source_mapping or a reconnection (platform:id), its platform and display name, plus the internal CRM source. Optionally filter by platform (google_ads, meta_ads, google_analytics, tiktok…). Its ids and platforms are the dashboards' own; dashboards.data.sources (the reader of dashboards.data.query) names the same accounts by their bare id (act_…) and TikTok as tiktok_organic. Either form works as input on both sides: the platform filter here takes tiktok_organic, data_source_mapping and a reconnection take the bare account id, and dashboards.data.query takes these platform:id ids and tiktok. What each one returns does not change. Reads nothing from the platforms. With Google Ads, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube, their terms limit it through the API and the MCP: what they do not allow answers 403 platform_terms_restricted, and their records are left out of the response (the permissions guide lists what each platform allows).
