Inherited Explorer views

List the explorer views an account inherited

dashboards.inherited_explorer_views.list

Lists the Explorer views this account took from its workspace, each with its reference id (ref_id, used to remove it), the workspace view and whether it is still available (false if the workspace deleted it). A workspace has none. It does not return data.

dashboards.inherited_explorer_views.available

Lists the Explorer views of this account's workspace that it can inherit (the workspace's CRM reports are not inheritable), most recently updated first, paginated by cursor. Use their ids with dashboards.inherited_explorer_views.add. Only for an account: a workspace gets not_an_account.

Inherit explorer views from the workspace

dashboards.inherited_explorer_views.add

Adds up to 50 Explorer views of this account's workspace (ids from dashboards.inherited_explorer_views.available) to the account's Explorer, as live references: they follow the workspace's edits and read the account's own data. Views already inherited are skipped and come back in already_inherited with their reference id, so repeating is safe. Every view must exist in the workspace; CRM reports cannot be inherited. Returns how many were added and their reference ids. Requires edit access to Dashboards in the account.

Stop inheriting an explorer view

dashboards.inherited_explorer_views.remove

Removes an inherited view (by its ref_id from dashboards.inherited_explorer_views.list) from the account's Explorer. Only the reference goes: the workspace's view is not touched and can be inherited again. Idempotent: a reference that is no longer there returns removed: false. Requires edit access to Dashboards in the account.
