GET/v1/social-inbox/performance

Get the Social Inbox team performance

social_inbox.analytics.performance

ReadIdempotentSince 2026-11-01

Returns the inbox performance between start_date and end_date (YYYY-MM-DD, UTC days, up to 366): items received, replied and resolved, items moved to Spam by hand (spam_marked; what the inbox sends to Spam by itself when a message arrives does not count), the average first response time of people (ms; automatic replies do not count), the same per platform, replies and resolutions per agent (people and AI Community Managers, ai-<position_id>) and a daily series (spam_marked per day too). Built from daily aggregates: it does not read the items. Requires view access to the Social Inbox. With LinkedIn or TikTok, their terms limit it through the API and the MCP: what they do not allow answers 403 platform_terms_restricted, and their fields are left out of the response (the permissions guide lists what each platform allows).
