Connected accounts

List the accounts connected to the Social Inbox

social_inbox.connections.list

Lists the social accounts the inbox can read and answer: platform, account_id (the source_account_id of its items), account_name, avatar and has_credential (false means the account is linked but its credential is missing or expired: reconnect it from Integrations). For TikTok, messaging_capable false means direct messages are not available for that account (messaging_unavailable_reason says why). Connecting accounts is done in the app. Requires view access to the Social Inbox. With LinkedIn or TikTok, their terms limit it through the API and the MCP: what they do not allow answers 403 platform_terms_restricted, and their records are left out of the response (the permissions guide lists what each platform allows).
